Skills and Experience

Over ten years I have designed, developed and run major participatory arts projects, collaborative programmes, research projects, staff and volunteers.

I have managed significant funding relationships with Creative Scotland, including ALBERT DRIVE Project, Glasgow Mela, Tramway Participation Programme, and Footprints project.

I’ve developed and delivered research and evaluation for major projects including recently, Glasgow Mela 2018, Turner Prize 2015, Glasgow International Festival of Visual Arts 2016 and 2018, and Dance International Glasgow 2015.

My experience also includes preparation of strategic documents (Service Plans, Business Plans, Audience Development Plans), practical programme delivery plans, and financial plans from multi-million pound service-wide budget management to micro-budgets for short-term projects.

I recently completed a Masters Degree in Creative Industries and Cultural Policy at the Centre for Cultural Policy Research at the University of Glasgow. I hold undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Film and Television Studies and Law.
